Weddings are charged an automatic gratuity of $50
Mileage fees are charged outside the metro area
All trips are subject to a non-refundable deposit which must be paid by credit card
Fuel Charges: A temporary fuel charge of $50 will be applied to all events (starting 3/28/2026) and is calculated automatically in the booking form. This charge will be removed from the booking form if/when diesel fuel prices in the Des Moines metro area fall below $4.00 per gallon.
